When you create an account we store your name, email address, and — if you choose to give it — your phone number. We store a cryptographic hash of your password, never the password itself.

As you learn, we record which lessons you have opened and completed so your progress is there when you come back.

Our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Iraqi payment providers (QiCard and FIB) in Iraqi dinar. Card and bank details are entered with the provider, not with us — we receive only the result of the transaction and a reference number.

Account and progress data is stored on our servers. Lesson video is delivered through Bunny.net's content network, which receives the technical request data needed to serve the video.

You can view and correct your account details at any time from the app or the web.

You can ask us to delete your account and its data by writing to the address below. We will action the request unless we are required to keep specific records, for example payment records for accounting purposes.

The service is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you believe a younger child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will say so in the app and on this page before the change takes effect.
